Privacy Policy

Direkair-Direxyont Limited Partnership (“the shop”), 62/1-3 Sukhumvit Road, Bang Pla Soi, Mueang Chon Buri, Chon Buri 20000, is the data controller for personal data you give through www.direkair.com. This policy explains what we collect, what we use it for, how long we keep it, and your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
1. What we collect
When you send the booking form, we keep:
- Your name and phone number
- Your car model, the service you want, your preferred date, and any details you type
- The language of the page you booked from, and when you sent it
If you message the shop on LINE or call us, that information is held by LINE or your phone provider, not by this website.
2. What we use it for
Only to contact you, confirm your booking, and provide the service you booked. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell it or pass it to anyone else. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Section 24(3)).
3. Where it's kept, and for how long
- Bookings are stored in a database on the shop's cloud service provider. Only the shop's admin, with a password, can see them.
- Bookings are deleted automatically 180 days after they were sent, or sooner if the shop deletes them.
4. Visit statistics
The website counts visitors per day and how often the call, LINE and map buttons are tapped, so the shop can see how useful the website is. Only totals are kept; no IP addresses or anything that identifies you.
5. What's stored in your browser
The website keeps a few small values in your own browser (localStorage): the date of your last visit (so you're counted once a day), the site's colour theme, and announcements you've closed. These aren't sent to the shop and aren't advertising cookies.
The map (Google Maps) and fonts (Google Fonts) load from Google, which may receive technical data such as your IP address under Google's privacy policy.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your booking data, or object to its use, at any time by contacting the shop on LINE or calling 038-285-061. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
